Before you join, please read the Terms: you must agree to these terms & conditions to be a member.

• General: A deposit must be submitted to Hunt4stuff.com in advance of initial advertising date. By submitting advertising for inclusion on Hunt4stuff.com, the advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. We do not allow adult, illegal, hate, etc keywords and or websites to be advertised on our search engine. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on Hunt4stuff.com. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between Hunt4stuff.com and advertiser/agency relating to the subject matter set forth herein. Hunt4stuff's only obligation to serve advertisements here under shall be to serve advertisements from the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall Hunt4stuff.com be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.

• Changes and Cancellations: Cancellations and changes can be made via the advertiser login. Hunt4stuff.com's advertising specifications are accessible through the advertiser login. Hunt4stuff reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time.

• Delivery, Frequency and Makegood: We make no guarantee on how quickly you will recieve traffic to your website. Each advertising campaign will be completely different due to individual market conditions and search term popularity.

• Keywords and Phrases: Hunt4stuff offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given ranking positions based upon the bid they enter on keywords and or phrases.

• Rejections: Hunt4stuff.com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

• Licenses and Indemnification: Advertiser/agency grants Hunt4stuff the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to Hunt4stuff. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of Hunt4stuff.com's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless Hunt4stuff and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) Hunt4stuff.com's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by Hunt4stuff.com.
  
  

• Traffic Quality: Any suspicious, proxy, abusive or over clicking can result in deletion of your account. Traffic mentioned in that of Countries is the only traffic that will be credited for. Targeting a specific keyword is also not allowed. People must search for what they want. No Getpaidforum search exchanges are allowed. We do not allow incentive traffic, doing so risks account termination. Paid To Click, Paid To Search traffic is not allowed. Any incentives sent from get paid to programs sent to your text link are not allowed. Portals cannot be hosted on incentive based domains. We reserve the right to forfeit any earnings from such practices. We don't allow postings in any forum where people are encouraged to do incentive searches (any Get Paid Forum, Paid for Search Forum, Paid for Click Forum, etc.). Any Member who will ignore this warning will loose the account. Do NOT do it! End of discussion...

• Payment: Hunt4stuff.com pays within 5 days of a requested payment in most cases. There is a $10.00 (USD) minimum earned requirement to request a payment. We pay via Paypal or Mailed Check*. We reserve the right to refuse payment to those breaching terms or doing anything we deem to be inappropriate. We will only pay you for those earnings you have earned HONESTLY, and we will NOT pay you for earnings that you earn by breaking the terms. We have very advanced software in place to prevent this and we check accounts regularly plus perform a final check before sending payment, which is why it takes at least 5 days for your payment request to be honored. Please remember we only allow one account per household and payment ID. Affiliates that have false or incomplete details will not be paid. Please enter your full details with the correct country, address, name and phone number. We call affiliates before paying them for the first time to verify. If the number is fake or does not match your details you will not be paid and your account may be deleted or you will not be paid until it is correct. MAKE SURE YOU ENTERED YOUR REAL PHONE NUMBER! Affiliates must understand basic English. Any affiliates that are known hackers, cheaters or have committed any other illegal or fraudulent activities elsewhere will be immediately removed from our program.

• Countries: We only pay for searches from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom. We also accept traffic from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland as far as your percentage of traffic is more than 80% from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We have very advanced software in place to detect geographical original and we do monitor traffic quality at all times!

• Limitation of Liability: Hunt4stuff.com will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including, without limitation, for lost income or profits in any way related to this Agreement.

• Change Of Terms: Hunt4stuff.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement and cancell your account. Your continued participation in the Hunt4stuff.com publisher/affiliate program and any use of the Hunt4stuff Search Code property following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. We will notify all members immediately, following any change to these terms and conditions, by email to the current registered email address you have on file with us.

• Spam: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. This is not only wrong but highly ILLEGAL. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Hunt4stuff. Spamming is a crime. Any member caught spamming will have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, and may be reported immediately to the proper authorities.
